Dharmesh Daya
Dharmesh gained his Zimbabwe Professional Guides License in 2012 and has 10 years experience in areas like Matetsi, Hwange and Gonarezhou.
Working closely with the Malilangwe research team on conservation and community projects in a beautiful part of Zimbabwe was a highlight of his career. He has a particular preference for Mopane forests, responding like a photographer with an artist’s perspective when asked why: speaking of the way the light falls through the leaves and the shades of color which he captures and posts on his Instagram account: On_Safari_with_Dharmesh_Daya.
His best wildlife experiences happened while following animals on foot, including the discovery of a big elephant bull in the heart of a forest or climbing over boulders while taking adventurous clients closer to a drinking hole and spotting a pride of lion AND a Wide Lipped Rhino mother and calf drinking about 150 m away.
