What the role entails

The main purpose of the tracker is to ensure that an all-encompassing wildlife experience is offered to every guest with the focus on catering to the needs of each individual guest. The entire experience should be delivered with humility, professionalism and flexibility, with the end result being an educational experience for all.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 4 years’ work experience as a tracker in a similar lodge environment;
  • Have a valid Launch Masters certificate (class 2);
  • A valid Class 2, 4, 5 Zimbabwean Driver’s license inclusive of valid defensive and medical;
  • Good communication and people skills;
  • An inherent passion for observing, sharing and learning about wildlife;
  • Passed the evaluation and Malilangwe/Singita in house evaluations;
  • The following characteristics:

  • Ensure the highest quality of game experience for the guests

  • Communicate with front of house staff to ensure the best possible experience for guests
  • Maintenance and care of vehicles and related equipment
