Join our team as a Technical Services Manager, where you'll play a vital role in overseeing environmental plans, asset assessment, property security, and maintenance team management. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll establish and maintain environmental systems, manage waste removal, and implement carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with OHS legislation and Singita Standards of Excellence, oversee emergency procedures and staff training, and assess major company assets for replacement planning.
Your responsibilities will also include managing workshops, providing protocols and training for maintenance teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery to guests, maintaining a safe operational environment, managing the CCTV system, liaising with security and construction contractors, and supporting SMME projects.
