You will ensure outstanding service delivery, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and continually optimize processes. The role requires excellent organizational skills, superb attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering unforgettable travel experiences.
Strong leadership, communication talents, and customer service mentality are essential to manage the operations team effectively. Extensive Africa travel knowledge and prior luxury hospitality/tourism operations experience are highly preferred.
