Singita Pamushana

Pamushana | February 2012

It has been a busy month at the lodge with guests visiting us, advanced first-aid refresher training taking place, specialised wildlife courses and, I am delighted to report, our two resident klipspringer produced a new baby and stowed it under the thatched car park. The little thing is no bigger than a rabbit and stays absolutely motionless when it feels nervous in any way. The wildlife sightings have been excellent as usual – enjoy the journal

We recently invited a snake expert to present a short course on the property’s slithering serpents explaining how to identify, appreciate, relocate if needs be and avoid attracting them to areas of human habitation.
