We have been the very first guest in the newly opened Singita Kwitonda Lodge in Ruanda with focus on the Mountain Gorillas. To make it short as one could assume a few stumble stones in the first opening days – nothing like this happened. The villas, the service, the food are outstanding and they got even the unusual sunny wether manage for us. Brad and his team do an outstanding job making our stay unforgettable. And on top came the 2 Gorilla Trecks we made. It is hard to describe the feelings you have climbing on 3000 meters and suddenly face a silverback with his family. In summary it was a never forgettable stay at Singita for my wife Anja and myself.
