Singita Kruger National Park

June 2011 - Singita Kruger National Park, South Africa

A quick look at June…Singita Kruger is a place of wonders. It never ceases to amaze its inhabitants albeit those who visit for a few nights or those who stay for many years. Not one day is the same and there’s a daily surprise waiting to be found around the corner. Winter here is especially special. The animals are not supported in any way here. When times get difficult we do not provide them with grazing or water. This may seem cruel or inhumane, but seeing nature play itself out in a natural way without any influence from us is humbling.

Struggles are witnessed on a daily basis. One can’t get help but get caught up in the ebb and flow of life out here as all is controlled by one force. Water. It is the one factor that controls the lives of the lands’ inhabitants like no other.
