Singita is the trusted guardian of over half a million acres of pristine land in Africa that offers exceptional safari experiences. Singita’s main goal is to preserve and protect large tracts of wilderness areas that are home to magnificent wildlife populations, for future generations. We are proud to have been recognized and honored in 2013 by a number of top publications throughout the world.
In the Condé Nast Traveler “Reader’s Choice Awards 2013,” Singita Sabi Sand was named the #1 Safari Camp in Africa and the #3 Hotel in the World in the US, while Singita Grumeti was named the #9 Hotel in the World in the UK edition. Both Singita Sabi Sand and Singita Kruger National Park were named among the top ten hotels in the world in Travel + Leisure’s annual “World’s Best Awards” this year. In addition, Singita Boulders Lodge was named the #1 Safari Lodge in the World by Andrew Harper’s Hideaway Report. Robb Report honored the entire Singita collection with its inclusion in their list of “25 Most Innovative Luxury Brands” list. Two of the recent additions to the Singita portfolio in Tanzania, Singita Mara River Tented Camp and Singita Serengeti House, were named as the Best New Hotels of 2013 by Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure. Singita Mara River Tented Camp was named as one of the Best New Hotels of 2013 in Travel + Leisure’s “IT List” as well as in Condé Nast Traveler’s “Hot List” in the US and Spain. Furthermore, Singita Serengeti House was named one of the Best New Hotels of 2013 in the UK edition of Condé Nast Traveller.
We take great pride in these awards, and hope to continue to build on our reputation as a leader in both luxury hospitality and conservation in Southern and East Africa.
